Do your sunglasses provide UV protection?
What are photochromic lenses?
Vario photochromic lenses work by darkening or lightening according to the ultraviolet rays coming from the sun. Photochromic lenses, available in CAT.0-3, CAT.1-3 and CAT.2-4 options, adapt to variations in luminosity in less than 20 seconds. Cébé photochromic lenses provide exceptional quality vision whatever the weather conditions.
What are polarised lenses?
Cébé polarized lenses block annoying reflections from water, snow and the road to rest your eyes and ensure optimal vision.
What is Sensor technology?
Cébé Sensor lenses have a unique light transmission curve that enhances visual contrast and provides better color definition to highlight obstacles in the field, whatever the lighting conditions.
What is "S'TECH™" technology?
Cébé S'TECH™ technology is designed with a V-shaped curved spatula system integrated inside each temple of the sunglasses frame to create two additional points of contact. This brings better balance to the weight of the sunglasses and ensures a perfect fit on the face.

How can I change my personal information?
You can modify your personal information by logging into your account with your e-mail address and password. Once you are logged in, you will be able to modify your personal information (delivery address, password, e-mail address, etc.).
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
Go to the "My account" tab, click on "Forgot password" and enter your e-mail address in the appropriate field. A few minutes later, you'll receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. If you don't see anything in your Inbox, remember to check your spam!
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.
Where is my order confirmation?
An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you used when you placed your order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@cebeuk.com. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting us in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been cancelled?
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is cancelled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
We aim to process your order as soon as possible and usually there is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after placing your order, via sales@cebeuk.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Can I change my order?
We are unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it, however if you need to change the quantity or add an additional product, please place a new order online.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for orders over £50.
For orders below £50, standard shipping is £3.95.
Express shipping is £5.95 irrespective of order value.
How do I track my order?
In your delivery confirmation email, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking reference and link to the Royal Mail website which you can use to check the progress of your delivery. If you have not received a delivery confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping is by Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, and items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. If you have selected the Express shipping option, your order will be sent using the Tracked 24 service which Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day, however they can take up to 2 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We’ll gladly accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is returned to us complete, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange items returned to us which do not meet these conditions.
How do I return an item?
Return shipping is free.
To return your item:
- Download and complete the returns form which you can find here.
- Package your item in the same box, or similar, as it was delivered to you, together with the completed returns form.
- Create your label at https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/6602.
- Find your local drop off point at https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you#/
- If you are unable to print your label, select a Post Office which provides a label printing service.
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the item and email our customer service team via sales@cebeuk.com with the details. We will respond within 48 hours.
How long does it take to return an item?
Returns shipping takes 2-3 working days. You can track your returns using the tracking number provided when you create your returns label.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving your returned item, however it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account. Please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
Do Cébé products come with a warranty?
All Cébé products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
How do I return a product under warranty?
Within 30 days of purchase
In the unlikely event that your items arrives damaged or faulty, or develops a fault within 30 days of your original order, please take photographs of the item and email our customer service team via sales@cebeuk.com explaining the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
After 30 days and less than 2 years from original purchase date
Go to the Cébé after-sales service page and open a case file. All the steps to follow will be explained step by step.
IMPORTANT: Don't forget to download your proof of purchase, which is required for any claim.
